Parker house rolls
Preheat oven to 365 degrees.
1 1/8 C warm water
1/3 C oil
1/4 C sugar
2 T yeast
rise 10 minutes.
1 t salt
1 egg
3 1/3 C flour
Mix together until dough becomes smooth and elastic, about 5-10 minutes. Cover and let rise 10 minutes.
Roll out to about an 1/8 inch and cut with a circle cutter. Dip one side in melted butter, fold in half and place on greased cookie sheet. Should make about 18 rolls. Let rise 15 minutes.
Bake for 12 minutes.
