World's Best Oatmeal Cookie
My friend recommended using butter flavored crisco sticks to get the right amount of puff. I used butter but scooped it with a 2 T scoop and refrigerated it for about a half hour before baking. I love the texture that you get from the oatmeal and crunch of the heath bits.

1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
1 C butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Cream butter and sugars together until fluffy. Then mix in eggs and vanilla until smooth
Mix together then add to creamed mixture:
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 c rolled oats
After mixing the dry into the creamed mixture, add 2 c chocolate chips and 1/2 c heath bar bits. Bake at 350 for 11-12 min.
